What's the difference between credits and discoveries?
Credits measure AI usage. A discovery is one project taken through all ten stages, and we budget about 2,500,000 credits for one, so plans are shown in discoveries. That figure is an average, so the discovery counts are rounded down.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down at any time from your workspace billing settings. A change takes effect straight away and is prorated: you're credited for the part of the period you've already paid for, and you see exactly what the change costs before you confirm it.
How does annual billing work?
You pay for twelve months up front, for less than twelve monthly payments. On this page annual prices are shown per month so you can compare them, with the yearly amount you're billed underneath.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancelling stops your plan renewing. It stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you aren't charged again. Your workspaces, projects, and discovery outputs are kept. After that date your organization moves to Trial, and credits you bought are not affected.
Which currency do you charge in?
Plans are priced and charged in US Dollar (USD). Payment is by card, processed by Stripe.
Do I get invoices?
Yes. Every payment has an invoice, and you can open or download each one from the Invoices section of your workspace billing settings.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Trial takes no card. You only add one when you choose a paid plan.
