Discovery workspace · Now in beta

From Zero to Delivery.

ZYRO turns a rough project idea into reviewed requirements, architecture, and build-ready tasks, with AI doing the heavy lifting and your team making the calls.

No card required.

An illustration of the ZYRO discovery workspace: a project moving through ten discovery stages, a structured list of data entities filling in, a blocking question being answered by a reviewer, the stage being approved, and the resulting tasks being sent to GitHub.

Illustrative project.

The problem

Most projects go wrong before anyone writes code.

Discovery lives in scattered notes, slide decks, and someone's head. When that person moves on, so does the context.

Requirements get written before the problem is understood, so the plan answers questions nobody asked and skips the ones that matter.

The handoff to engineering keeps the decisions and loses the reasons. Six weeks later, nobody remembers why refunds over $500 need a second approver.

ZYRO gives discovery a structure, and keeps a human in charge of every step.

How it works

From idea to handoff, in five steps.

  1. Describe the idea.

Guided intake captures the goal, context, and constraints. Add documents or a codebase as evidence.

  2. AI runs structured discovery.

Ten stages, each with a clear objective and structured output. Not a chat transcript.

  3. Your team reviews and decides.

Answer clarifications, request revisions, approve stages. Blocking questions stop approval until they're answered.

  4. Get delivery artifacts.

Approved discovery becomes requirements, architecture guidance, diagrams, and risk and QA plans.

  5. Hand off to engineering.

Reviewed tasks go to GitHub or Linear, or export as Markdown or PDF.

The 10 stages

Ten stages. Nothing skipped by accident.

Every stage has an objective, a job for the AI, a job for your team, and a defined output. You always know what's been covered and what hasn't.

  • Stage 01

    Executive Understanding

Clarify the business objective, success definition, and constraints.

Stages can be explicitly skipped when they don't apply. Every skip is recorded with its reason.

Human in the loop

AI drafts. People decide.

A chat window gives you a transcript. ZYRO runs a governed process, and nothing moves forward without a person signing it off.

Approval gates
No stage becomes a requirement until someone approves it.
Clarifications that block
Open questions stop approval, so assumptions don't quietly become scope.
Evidence-grounded
Outputs reference the documents and code you provided, so you can check where a claim came from.
Full audit trail
Every generation, revision request, and approval is recorded, with who did it and when.

Deliverables

What you walk away with.

Approved discovery turns into the documents a delivery team actually works from. Here's what they look like on a sample project.

Implementation tasks

Who it's for

Built for the teams who turn ambiguity into plans.

01

Digital transformation consultancies

Run discovery the same way on every engagement, and hand clients a plan they can sign off.

02

ERP implementation partners

Map processes, entities, and integrations before configuration starts, not halfway through it.

03

Software development firms

Turn a client's rough brief into scoped tasks your engineers can estimate and trust.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Something else on your mind? Talk to us.

What is a discovery?

One project taken through the ten stages, from the first brief to reviewed delivery artifacts: requirements, architecture guidance, diagrams, risks, QA plans, and tasks.

What is a credit?

Credits measure AI usage. We show plans in discoveries because that's what you're buying: one discovery is budgeted at about 2,500,000 credits. Credits you buy in a pack don't expire.

Does ZYRO replace Jira or Linear?

No. It feeds them. ZYRO is the discovery layer that comes before your tracker, and reviewed tasks go to GitHub or Linear once discovery is done.

How is this different from asking a chat assistant?

A chat gives you a transcript. ZYRO runs a staged process: every stage has an objective and a structured output, open questions block approval, and every approval is recorded with who made it.

What happens when I hit my limit?

Your monthly allowance is used first, then any credits you've bought. When both run out, AI generation pauses until the allowance resets at the start of the next month. Any paid plan can buy a credit pack at any time, or move up a plan.

Is ZYRO production-ready?

ZYRO is in beta. The full workflow, from intake through discovery, review, artifacts, and handoff, is built and working. We're still testing it with early teams and polishing parts of the interface, so expect changes, and tell us what you need.

Start from zero. Leave with a plan.
